We try our best to ensure that the items you purchase arrive to you in the best possible condition. In the unfortunate event that items may be damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us immediately. Failure to do so will result in a non-returnable order. We ask that you please provide us with evidence of damage when returning your product, (IE: photos of product) and it will be handled in a timely matter. We ask kindly to please allow ICEDGAME & Co up to 5 business days to respond to any and all messages relaying to this matter. We also ask that you please try your best to be as accurate as possible when ordering your items as far as ring sizing as there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds for this particular matter.

Jewelry Return Policy
We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry. For sanitary reasons returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure to measure for the appropriate fit and read all details in the product description before purchasing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
