BRACELET SIZE GUIDE 

1. Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape, or a strip of paper. 

2. If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure that item with a ruler to determine your wrist size. 

3. Add 1/4 inch to 1 inch to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug, comfort, or loose fit.

The Paper Strip Test

- Cut a small strip of paper

- Wrap it around your finger snugly.

- Mark the point where the end of the sting or paper meets

- Measure the length with a ruler and compare your measurement to our sizing picture. The length of your paper is equal to the inner circumference shown below.

we unfortunately DO NOT offer any returns or refunds. We deal with every return inquiry individually. We try our best to ensure that the items you purchase arrive to you in the best possible condition. In the unfortunate event that items may be damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us immediately. Failure to do so will result in a non-returnable order. We ask that you please provide us with evidence of damage when returning your product, (IE: photos of product) and it will be handled in a timely matter. We ask kindly to please allow ICEDGAME & Co up to 5 business days to respond to any and all messages relaying to this matter. We also ask that you please try your best to be as accurate as possible when ordering your items as far as ring sizing as there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds for this particular matter.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved it will only be in a store credit. Change of mind refund applications will not be considered.

Jewelry Return Policy

We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry. For sanitary reasons returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure to measure for the appropriate fit and read all details in the product description before purchasing. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
