Instructions:

1. Adjust the hooks in the back of the Grillz.
2. Place the fixing bar into the middle of the Grillz.
3. Place the Grillz with the fixing bar still into hot water. ( 165 F* -175 F*)
4. After inserting the Grillz wait at least 1 minute for the fixing bar to harden.
