Refund Policy

Order cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours from the time which the order was placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

At Icedgame & Co, we strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, please note our refund policy below:

Made-to-Order Items & Moissanite Jewelry
Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order items and moissanite jewelry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged.

Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund under the above exceptions, please ensure that:

  1. The item is unused and in its original condition.
  2. You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (*Make sure the product does not meet the criteria of Non-Refundable Item).
  3. You provide proof of purchase and any relevant details regarding the issue.

Process for Refunds
If you meet the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@icedgameandco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged.
  2. Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue.
  5. Refund Issuance: If the item is deemed wrong or damaged, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Made-to-order items (unless wrong or damaged)
  • Moissanite jewelry (unless wrong or damaged)
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.

Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the above criteria.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
